Lol, 80W soldering iron and some scrap plastic!

If you're after "proper" plastic welding gear, maybe d**k smiths or tandy??

can get proper plastic welding gear from a place called plastral fidene in sydney they distribute Leister gear thats the most popular brand of plastic welding stuff, i weld plastic for work amonst other things, downside is a decent welder will set you back around $300-500 pretty pricey for the odd touch up,you could try Ebay.

Just use soldering iron, and the same material as filler, Like a bit of broken front bar, as it must be the same type of plastic, be patient and take your time, don't use bog, as it will crack due to different rates of expansion, I have taught myself, and have done some repairs to old dash boards and grills, once youare done sand it and if need be go again with the solder iron till you are happy...

Don't worry about the time it may take for the first one as you are also learning a new skill, may be practice on another stuffed bar....
