i am about to purchase a explorer manifold and 65mm throt. body from an au 5L and i drive a NF Fairlane with a 302. just wondering will it be easy to bolt these on striaght to my stock motor or if not what will i need also?

Yeah its a straight bolt on, just a different gasket for the manifold and instead of 2 long and 4 short bolts for the HO manifold, its 4 long and 2 short (or the other way around) so you'll need the right bolts.
With the TPS you will need to use your E series one as they are dual TPS and AUs are single. Just make sure all your vacuum lines are hooked up, you might need a T piece for one of them cause the explorer has one less on the vacuum tree. Also your air temp sensor won't be tapped into the manifold so you will have to lengthen the wires and tap it into your intake pipe, usually put between the maf and the throttle body in the piping on the underside so its nice and neat. So in short, yeah easy.... |

So in short, yeah easy.... Being off an AU, it might have the ACT port already tapped into the lower intake.
