if the radio is programmable, i have pretty much all the software

GME, Kenwood, Tait and uniden is all doable.

Do you have any sites or doco's on UHF freq's for victorian highway police, or any police freq's that haven't gone digital yet? I have tried google, but that just bought up crap.

ive got all the nsw police frequencies, which i found on google.
as far as i know, VicPol use most of the same frequencies, but i cant tell you what areas they are etc.
