Abolsutely no reason why not. It's only if they had been sprayed over with Nightshades or something like that they wouldn't be.

Do it yourself! But seriously, id think that once the light has been modified it wouldnt be acceptable under adrs? As for it not affecting light output, its exactly the same as tinting glass or wearing sunnies. It does reduce the light. Still have to be better than standard ef/el lights!

it doesnt affect the light as your not modifying the reflectors, its just paint on the glass bit....mine are done (home job) and they look mint & i passed the pits with them no worries at all...the headlights are easy to do, but u might wana get the indicators of them coz i tried pulling them apart but they are glued together...they charge $80 for a pair of indicators on their own....
