Ideally the clay bar is the frist thing you do. So next time you're going to wash the car, wash it, clay bar it, then polish and wax it.

Just wanted to add my bit to this also. I used the clay pack about 5 months ago now and it is the best car cleaning product that I have ever seen. Ever after this many months, gave it a clean today and this is the results.
