Hi All
Just a quick one.
My PS pump seems to be working fine but it has an annoying small leak
at the front which looks possibly like the LARGE O ring / seal has gone.
Can these units be dismantled without special tools so I can put a seal
kit through ?? or am I stuck with getting a reco ??

you can buy seal kits from coventries(WA) so you MUST be able to get a kit from an auto parts place over in ACT.

The last time i priced a seal kit for a p\s pump on a i6 falcon,i didnt bother getting the kit because it was cheaper and less painful than pulling the old pump apart and re kitting it.Just wait till it is pooring out or just replace it with a new item.The last p/s pump i bought i payed 79 dollars from ford to suit a EB falcon.
