hey guys,

i read the document regarding adding installation of the trip computer to a lower spec model (EF Gli).

My problem is that, i cant find the "Instrument Cluster Data Line" which according to the document is located on RHS Cluster Connector at Pin 14.

But on our EF Gli, there is no wire attached to pin 14. Nor is there a Pin14 wire on the Cluster on our EF Futura.

Where can i find this "Instrument Cluster Data Line" ???

thanx

Yeah you will need to add this line in.....

The picture in the Doco is from my Ghia, as I didnt have a Gli/futura/XR to take a picture from.

Hope this helps

I went through the same problem.

I got 12mm DNA speaker wire and ran it from the cluster pin to the back of the trip computer.

You physically have to install this wire yourself to get he EF Trip COmputer to run.
