I got my exhaust the other day. 2.5" Lukey. 1 muffler. Next up is extractors. I'm going to go with pacemakers. Alot of people have said that the lukey ones aren't so good.

The car sounds great now, i can't wait to hear it once I get the Pacemakers! :D

hey mate, did you get a hotdog put in to replace the muffler or just get a straight thru pipe, if possible, could you get a sound clip, i'm tossing up whether or not to get a hotdog for the rear.

definitely get a rear hotdog, mine is 102dB at 3000rpm with a rera hotdog, hate to see how loud it would be without.
be careful with lukey exhausts, although they sound good, they have s**t build quality, and if you thrash it too hard before putting say 4-700 km's on the exhaust you'll break up the fibreglass inside it and it'll be f**k.

I was told that the exhaust note would change over about the same driving time as a tank of fuel, and I just went to bunbury and back (a few days after i got the exhaust.. about 400-450kms) so hopefully everything is good. I have a muffler. and ordinary lukey muffler.. I think it has LUKEY embossed of something on it, but I can't be f*cked jacking it up to get a better look.

It set me back $280, That's at Perth Exhaust World. and the bloke was really cool too. Was quite happy to stand around and chat once I went to pick it up.

yes it does change, yes go easy on it for the first tank of fuel (till it quietens) i have a lukey straight thru and ill do a recording for u with my fone, just to see how it turns out :D hehe but really once it beds in it isnt that loud unless u put ur boot right into the loudness pedal :D then it lights up like a bushfire
