Hi all,
has anyone tried changing the cold air box setup on a 5.4 3v (not Boss) ?

Any suggestions as to what works and what's worthwhile ?

My car is a new BF 5.4 3V Ghia.

Massively worthwhile from what I understand. Best talk to Craig at Aussie Car Enhancements.

In December last year, he was running 13.4's with airbox, exhaust, and tune. Now he has at least two of these 3V V8's running in the low 12's.

He has developed a cold airbox setup for it based on the Bluepower airbox and a custom ACE intake pipe.

These 3V motors absolutely hammer with the right modifications, and as far as I am aware, Craig is the only guy who has developed them this far. He certainly has alot of XR8/GT "Boss" guys trying to catch up to his little 3V cars
