I found this on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1986-199 ... enameZWD2V

Would I just need the EB-AU V8 bracket kit from CAPA for $790 in conjunction with this, and bobs your fvckin uncle?

I rang CAPA this arvo and they seemed to think the Mustang bracket is just reversed as CAPA get their kits from Powerdyne.

They then tried to tell me the pulleys and basically everything else in the kit won't fit even though 10 minutes before they said that its the same kit they get.

What do you guys think? Reason being is i don't want to fork out $6,300 for a powerdyne kit from CAPA.

You'll need the bracket and the idler pulleys that mount onto the bracket.

You'll need different belts.

You'll need different intake plumbing.

That crank pulley will probably work.

You'll need a tuning solution - chip, aftermarket ecu etc.

I wouldnt run one without a bypass valve.

Running a powerdyne on our engines requires different routing of the belts - check out my user gallery for pics.

So if you start factoring all of that in... you start to see the CAPA system is pretty good value.

If you want to buy from the states, get the blower unit, FMU and build your own kit... as there's a lot in that mustang kit that will end up sitting in the garage forever more.
