Was looking at it the other day and was wondering how it compares with wat is being recommended here. Have any of you fellas used it.

Also on the spec sheets 5.0lt runs roller rockers, do i need to consider this when choosing a cam or do I only need hydraulic.

cheers

What are the specs on that cam?

Very few 5.0L run roller rockers (only T-Series, GT/FBT/Sprint, and 200/220kw Au XR8's). I think what you mean is that they have hydraulic roller lifters. Yes, the cam needs to suit the late-model 5.0L with hydraulic roller lifters...

Alot of duration, and not alot of lift.

Would suit heads that dont flow alot of air above 0.500" lift, like the GT40 or ported E7's.

Its definitely bigger than a TFS1, or 2030/2031.

I don't imagine it would be much fun to drive in an auto with the stock converter.
