hey guys,
lookin to tint the rear lights on my el fairmont seeing i have a wing with lights and a light on the parcel shelf, i wont have to worry about people not seeing my lights all the best, and have some tool run up the back of me.... Ha ....main question what do i use? is their any DIY guides around.. and how much is a good amount to put on? thanks.. i'll try get some pics up of my car once it's all done. |

mot sure about DIy guides but most people use a product called "nightshades" you should be able to get it from somewhere like supercheap.. for the best looking results id put it on the inside of the lense to maintain the glossy appearence of the taillights (provided you can get them apart without wrecking them.)
that being said personally i wouldnt do it. if anything id want my tail lights brighter not dulled by tinting. but each to there own. -mitch

i did mine on the outside and sprayed a few thick clear coates over the top, cant post piks send me your email and ill show ya some piks.
