Means the gasket is ggone, orr going. Time for a new converter or rebuild kit for the old one.

If you are mildly dexterious, most converters are really easy to "recondition", just follow the instructions
Just ask your friendly gas person to get in for you a kit to suit your converter. Be warned, however, converter kits for converters like Landi cost a bomb.( $150+), whereas the converter cost about $700 The cost of a kit for an Aussi B2 is about $70. But it is cheaper than buying a new converter. |
