i know this has been done several times, tryed searchin
ive done all the usual cleaned MAF wires, ISC, and tryed adjusting TPS by ear anyone remember the voltage for the TPS i think its less than 1 volt , is that right and where do you check just probe wires at plug or do you check at computa

TPS voltage on mine was .93 Id imagine yours would be same checked at wires at tps green and black I think.

As for rough idle, your computer will need to learn new cam so needs a good run

ok cheers pretty mild cam comp 264 dur 112 lobe sep .544 lift with 1.7 roller rockers, i think its a crook or dirty sensor sometimes it starts sort ofa rolling surging then cuts out could be an o2 sensor i just want to eliminate all the silly stuff first might pull the plugs and see whats goin on
oh its done about 200ks now so i thought it would have adjusted,but i spose its got a few adj to make
its had C R taken to 9.4 with 20 thou off the heads
3 angle valve jobs
full port job and chamber clean up
heads machined for matching comp double springs
cc;d to 62cc
and rollmasta timing set

i might take into fords and put it on there diagnostic b4 i start replacing stuff

Thats not a real radical cam...shouldn't really stop it from idling assuming everything else is OK.

How many Km's on the motor? I would start looking at your ignition system too for ony weak points i.e. coil, dissy cap, rotor button, leads, plugs.

These larger cams want more air at idle. You want to open the throttle blade more without increasing the TPS above 1.0v.

got it checked at ford ,reset the computa TPS v was gust under 1v everything else checks out ok, just everynow and then starts a rolling serge and cuts out restart it and it does it again give it a rev to clear it and its ok for a while , might be a bit better after resetting il see how it goes, the old girls got some stick now rel torquey like its a bigger motor must be the extra compression
