Hi folks can anyone tell me besides an original ED console (as they are as rare as rocking horse poop) what other ford consoles will fit in my ED without to much chopping and hacking .

EF/EL and BA/BF are out, they mould to the dash.
I'd look at an AU console.

thanks in advance Kidabah it shouldne be too hard to find a centreconsole around wreckers etc etc. or are u talking about an unbroken console lid? i happen to have a spare one here if thats what youre after

thanks in advance Kidabah there sould be plenty on EBII and ED consoles around the place the only one that will work is the AU one, but thats only if you don't have power windows but. you could try a few from some other makes and models. You might be able to score a good looking unit from a jap/yank car
