Yokahama a539.They did a tyre test in motor magazine and tested all the top brands and cheapies under about 6 different tests and these came out the best easily.I have them on my ride and they are really good in the wet, quiet and dont wear easily. Not taking away anything from the tyres mentioned above either.

definatly agree with the a539's I have had a few set of em too, I run em on the track as well as the road, I completly agree they are fantastic, I can see why they have previously won tyre of the year, the c.Drive is the next generation basically, and as a direct comparison between the a539 and c.Drive, the c.Drive is the better tyre performance wist, the a539 is the best compromise between price and performance.. I will still buy the c.Drives again though as I personally feel this is the better of the 2, but again there are better tyres out there, but $$ wise cannot justify the purchase.

i thought the c drive's superceded the a539 as i went to replace mine that i had and was told this. either way they are a great wearing tyre with great performance in wet and dry.

Nothing if you ask me, they cost around $120 per tyre. As stated before I dont think the original is available it is superceeded by another type.
