Just changed the plugs and the old ones where stock and have done 70,000. put ngk iridiums in. a lot smoother ride and starts easier.

the old ones had the outside black and the ceramic and electrode oxidised. reved the motor before and after and it seems to hold revs when coming back down. im right in assuming she's running a little lean? might be the fuel filter?

if its got oxidised plugs, could that have damaged the oxy sensor?
