hey,

i was just wondering if it would be a good investment in going with the full setup in my falcon, and how fast could you get one with no forced induction and it with. is it worth blowing a heap of money on it??

if you do it right you mite get it into the 13s

yeah exactly. If your pockets are deep enough you could turn one into a 7sec strip car. Anything is possible so long as you have the money and time to do it. usual mods - extractors, exhaust, intake, maybe t5 and a cam would see you into low 14's, maybe high 12's?

200Rwkw NA seems to be the maximum you can expect from an E series I6 and that costs a LOT of money, much more than if you got the same power with a blower/turbo

say if you had 10 and didnt go with a blower cos u spent it ovewr about 2-3 years

blowing heaps of money on cars is never "worth it" youll never see the money again, its more the point of how much you want the power. but 10 grand over a couple of years would see you in a quick NA car.

you can get to about 130-140 rwkw 'relatively' cheap, then after that, its gonna cost you and is sometimes (after that point) feasable to get a turbo kit setup to have a better $/kw ratio. Also, the 4spd auto's are a bit of a burden, converting to a 5spd manual would definately help your cause.
