How did you do the wiper jets, without getting paint all over the outlets?

Stuck pins in the jets while they were getting sprayed and then removed them when it was dry :)

Hmm, but still the outlets would get paint all over them, do they still move?

They sure do man :)

Nah i believe its an aunger one. I call it the paris hilton. I can fit both my hands inside it and it sucks very well. Its also almost 2 times bigger than the SS inductions one.

screamer is that the same grill on yours as is on glenns?

Yeah they're both C2R grills.

If you have a 98 AU forte, then its a series 1, so if its a forte/futura then it won't fit anyways due to that crease bonnet. They did make them for low series but imo they just don't look as good. $70 is dirt cheap. I paid like $150 for mine from FTG with genuine mesh.

I like the snorkel glen. Just as well you changed your grill to take full advantage of it.

Good find with the gearbox, and goodluck to anyone else trying to find one :P.
Do the E series gearbox's just bolt straight on to the AU?

E series have a different bellhousing IIRC.
I needed the pedal box, tailshaft, ECU and gearbox. The ECU won't go straight in, your keys have to be coded to the new ECU from ford. Not sure how much they would charge.
As for prices on the box and XR stuff, I'd rather not say.

Maybe he is saying he didn't pay with money  .
What difference does it make how much he paid for it? You will pay another figure when you find one.

Didn't think you needed to change the ECU when you converted to a manual  . Did you get all those parts off the same car ? :)

I think its easier to change the ECU when you put a manual in.
