Is there any difference in the auto's between the ED & EL falcon?
Driving my dads EL his auto feels more punchy where my ED feels laid back, I've had it rebuilt and got the S5 solenoid fitted but still feels the same can someone tell me why?

The boxes are mechanically similar (few minor changes but they were not performance related). The electronic control (the 'tune') of the boxes changed as well, most to get more economy out of them.
