Hey guys i was wondering if anyone could tell me how much work the EF mirrors are to put onto an ED. any help with how they mount onto the door and the wiring would be appreciated

sorry if theres been a thread on this b4 :?

mounting requires 1 extra hole i beleive.
no idea on wiring.

The plugs are differant, however IIRC the wiring colours are the same.

Yes you need a hole drilled into the door at the front corner to mount the mirror. Hole will be covered by mirror surround.

look in my gallery.

Its not very hard to install but i never got around to wiring up the mirrors. I just used my fingers to adjust them.

looks good! i see u have the door handles aswell. with the mouldings around the door and mirror, did u have to change much? i thought the ef ones are a little different?

The weather strip on the top of the door needs to be changed to match the mirrors
