hey i am lookin to turbo my ef and i only wanna run between 7 and 9 psi, i'm buildin this on a budget so i lookin at different turbos, t28, rx7 ser 5 turbo, toyota ct20 or twin ct12's.

are any of these capable of what i want or should i look for a t3 or bigger?

2x ct20's or 2xt28 would be ok.

if you want large repair bills when they s%$t themselves go with the ct20's if you want a mild set-up just use a T3 of a vl or the S5 rx both have issues with wastegates S5 would be better if you can find a decent exhaust housing.
