could someone do a tech doc on how to advance the timing and what limits you should adhear to in an E series?

or at least tell me how on a el?

Only advance 1-2 deg and then drive around for a while to make sure your engine doesn't ping. And no point doing this unless you run hi-octane petrol and/or have a cam.
