yeh i dunno if im panicing over nthing or not.

but my gearbox is leaking oil, and making very wierd slight clunking noises at traffic light when engine is on.

is this maybe b/c it needs oil?

i dont know. its only happened just today.

i dont think so but could it also be linked with the fact that my radiator hose pipe burst and sprayed water and coolant everywhere?

i have no idea and would like to know fast.

thanks.

sorry i meant to say leaking trans. worst case scenario is there *might* be a tiny crack in the casing, that's causing the leak.

probably just a loose pan. if you get it serviced they mill notice if this is the case and when it all goes back together it will be all fixed

get the auto serviced. there is a filter in there and the oil needs replacing after time.
you could go all out and get a trans / workshop to do a flush on it. basically hook it upto a machine ang pump old oil out and new oil in at the same time.
there is about 14 litres of oil in there somewhere
