i rang a wreckers and got quoted $200 for the 3.7 gears, $250 for a diff and $200-250 from Jays at rpd to build it

so Im thinkin of gettin 3.7 lsd, I mean for $700 its a pretty good mod

haha mrnasty I like how u indicate to turn right, follow the road rules then pull 160 lol

iv got an ea 3.9 lsd in housing i'll sell for 400,if you have an lsd centre use my gears that have done less than 10,000kms from g & j diffs in dandenong,then sell the EA 25 spline lsd with your gears

Sorry, 3.9 is too much for a daily driver auto :P don't wanna go higher than 3.7.

3.9 wont be too bad mate, with 3.7 i sit at 2100rpm on the freeway at 100km/h. 3.9's would be mad :)

3.9's is fine for a daily driver :P

mine sits on 2400 rpm at 100 Ks thats with a EB T5. Autos rev lower i beleive.

You're right.. 4th gear in the auto is 0.68 where as 5th in the manual is 0.72 or 0.73 depending on model.

On a side note, 3rd gear in the auto is 1:1 and 4th gear in the manual is 1:1.

What gears did you ask for.. what I mean is they're obviously not stock falcon diff gears.

having a wild guess (im auto) i sit on 2100rpm with 3.7's at 100km/h, so 3.9's would sit at bout 2200 maybe, 2250rpm with an auto.
