Did a search but couldn't find an answer.
Question. An I6 EF fitted with factory tickford LPG. Can you fit pacemaker extractors or is there no room to clear the LPG convertor?? Cheers Dazza |

you can fit 4499s but not 4480s.

I've havn't had a problem with Pacey Comps not fitting with any one of my 3 different converters I've had in the past few years.

is yours a facory setup? the factory converter is real low down and has different mounts, even if it fits, it'll be just and you'll have the issue of heat and stuff...

What's the standard power output of a Ticky LPG?
Are they anything spesh or were Tickford just responsible for the conversion? |

Fair enough, nah mine isn't factory. It'd prolly be worth getting a new mounting bracket from an aftermarket set up and having the pipe rebent/set up for it and mounting the converter higher so a. it's away from the heat, and b. can get the better extractors. |

Well your LPG Monty is pretty spesh. Would look better with an EF XR front end though

All the Tickford LPG system was is a factory optioned LPG setup, I guess it was just Tickford who organised the R&D on it or something. But it wasn't a performance option or anything.

the lpg system install was done by tickford engineering.
it is just better than a aftermarket install/system, well most. R&D was done by vialle/omvl AFAIK. an as said you will have to get the lpg pacies as comps are too big.

nah it goes alright, but mine is impco lpg, not tickfraud. |

I will look into the "lpg" Pacies as yes the convertor is a vialle "the big one" Will try and use the factorry heatsheild. Cheers Dazza |
