I got a warning for having Blue parkers by the police, I interpret the law as all light facing foward should be white, other additional lights that may distract other drivers are illegal (neons/washer jets on the bonnet) whilst the vehicle is in motion.
You can have blue parkers, you just can't go driving around with them on, when you have your full lights on you can hardly tell!

if the manufacturer used the lights as stock,ok, they have to pass compliance codes to sell a new car,and you can replace deffective parts with similar replacements, colour has to be same,blue-no

You can have Blue lights facing forward (like the screen washer ones), however the vehilce must have working, white parkers to comply with the regs.
