I was wondering what head gasket kits people have used for their I6. Would you recommend the original ford or aftermarket. And were do you buy the after market kits.

Thanks in advance

I've never seen a rubber head gasket

Grab the AUII/AUIII VRS Kit. The only problem with that kit is that the rocker cover gasket is for AU rocker cover! Now, you might think - 'wait, EA-AU rockers are interchangable'. Yes, they are, but the AU gasket is inverted. Very odd !

The AU ,etal gasket is the best to use as it is only 1.2mm gasket meaning higher compression and more torque
