Hi guys,
I know this might seem a stupid question... so if it is blame it on my hanging out with nicco too much... i have 2 x 12" Comp grade RF subs and 2 x 1000W amps that i'm scoring off of a mate... I was wondering since i loose my AC control if i change the head unit how would i go about connecting them up to a standard BA Head unit? Cheers Josh |

one of those rca to speaker wire convertors should do the trick, and the best part is u can run it off the rear speaker signals and dont have to run a rca cord all the way up the car

I did the line level convertor to RCA trick, and works a treat... but now I have an aftermarket head unit also, I am going to change it so the subs run off that.
I got a little unit that lets you interface with the standard premium screen to watch dvd and retain all the a/c controls etc. |

Just did this in my mates car last weekend (ba xr6) and ran a line level convertor from jaycar ($20) we put in a responce 800w mono running 2 12" pioneers in a pre fab box and it works a treat!
