how do i get rid of it? its getting so annoying now started doing a burnout the other night, took off slowly and started putting my foot down harder and it just started shaking like mad when the car was stock bog it never used to happen but now after 19x8 wheels, lowered and a diff rebuild it happens, could any of that be causing it?

ive seen this on another forum:
Quote: 10% of the time it’s tyre pressures, the sidewall flexes and releases. Try pumping the tyres up and see if the axle tramp stops and/or gets less.
5% of the time it’s worn bushes 25% of the time its drive shaft angle, the car is TOO LOW and the angle of the universal joints are winding up the drive shafts. 60% of the time it’s incorrectly matched spring and shock damper rates. The rebound (extension) damping is not sufficient to control the oscillations of the springs. Standard springs with worn shocks get this problem. Covers the common causes, not too sure about the % though...

replacing shocks helped in my ea with my 18's
you'll notice it goes away with wheels that have sidewall flex, ie if you put stockies on, but if you go back to the 19's it will come back - unfortunate trade off for lateral grip |

at least shocks are easy to change too, just undo top nut and bottom bolt and they fall straight thru... easy quick job and they're not that expensive IIRC about $65 each or something along those lines
