Hi guy's. I dont know too much when it comes to brakes but i would like some information regarding the replacement of my front brake calipers to something with a bit more bite.
Firstly, i have a 93 model ED Futura sedan, 6 cyl,ABS with stock rotors and 15" alloys. Is there a twin piston caliper that will fit without any modifications required that will work with the factory ABS system? Will replacing the stock rotors with something like DBA slotted rotors be more beneficial? Some advice please.

Nope.
Basic only 3 relatively easy ways to improve your brakes, better rotors (i.e. DBA slotted), better pads (i.e. Forumla Ferodo, Bendix Ultimate, PBR Performance, EBC, what ever), and braded brake lines (Ferntree Gully Auto Salvage - site sponer, otherwise some Cresent mob in Sydney or something). There are some mobs that do full replacement upgrade kits (replacement caliper and larger rotor type thing), but there pretty exy. |

no probs dude just depends on what ya budget is for a brake upgrade and how practical for you each option would be.

Yeah, i'm thinkin just a rotor and pad upgrade/replacement will be sufficient and better on the hip pocket.
Thanks again.

Look at the braided brake lins too, there pretty cheap and good. I've got them on my car but since I hadn't driven it for months I dunno if it did anything, not that I've noticed at least, but as I said I hadn't driven the car for months!!!
