hey guys, just a quick question to cure my own curiosity
i googled this a bit but found no real answer but do FWD cars only drive through 1 wheel at a time, or both wheels like an LSD is there an option? do some cars drive though 1 wheel whilst others drive through 2 ?

ah ok, so it is possible to have an LSD FWD?
i wasnt aware that they had a differential setup similar to that of a RWD because its so scramped and busy up the front of them or are you saying that it varies as to the driving conditions?? ie, no FWD has a locked/LSD system permanently engaged because of the understeer problem you speak of ??

ok, so ideally for a FWD it would be better (handling wise) to have an open diff
LSD can just make things hard, a lot harder than what you would notice in a RWD i get it now
