from what I've heard about these collant sensors, is sometimes the floater inside the tank gets stuck to the wall or something, anyway, a big bang on the over flow tank is meant too do it, if not, the whole round assembly thing unscrews. I don't know how, maybe a 4 headed philips screwdriver or something.. you'll see what I mean. But try just banging on it, see if it helps.
Cheers

Take it to another RWC place and don't tell them it doesn't work.

yea , as said above it should unscrew off the side of the tank and then slide the sensor out , give it a good clean because if its anything like mine it will be full of crap...if that dosent work , head down to the wercker and get a new one!

It will pass a RWC the way it is but he said its a good idea to fix it cause a buyer will think ur dodgy. IF i unscrew it and take it out will coolant pour out? im guessing so. And where the hell is this float i have never seen a float in there when its full or empty lol. |
