so I have wired up a shift kit as per the diagram here.. is all ready except I am yet to splice it into the computer wires..

just a thought.. I didn't pay any attention as to which way around the resistors went. The diagram didn't specify..

is this an issue?

unless they're polarised componants. (i think thats whats they call them) but you didnt so no

how do I know if they are polarised componants or not?

polarity is not imporant for resistors

(btw - posting in the drivetrain forums would help others find this thread if they want to ask the same question)

just a garage quickshift as on these forums.. a couple of wires and a few resistors. :wink:

ohh sweet i got mine from shifkits the site only three wires, it does the job man.... chirps nicely

a resistor is just a coil of wire, theres no correct polarity to it, just put it in any way.
