radius rod to K frame?
Get a ring spanner would be my advice :P
Plenty of room!

Biggest ring spanner I have is 21 and that is too small. Don't wanna use a shifter, and shops would be closed by the time I get there...

The one in green is the one I'm asking if I can undo to drop the front of that black frame down so that I can undo the one in red.

Or is it better to wait till tomorrow and get a spanner? Anyone know what size it is?

Undoing the green one wont drop the k-frame... Maybe if you did the other 5 bolts that held the k-frame in, then maybe.

Get a big shifter onto it... Problem solved. Its how I did mine. :D

Okiley dokiley, got them undone, bloody tight C***. Used a bottle jack to turn the shifter on the one.

So that rod, what's it called? Radius rod? And how do I get the second bush out and disconnect it from the lower control arm?

yep, its the radius rod.

Undo the rear bolt on the radius rod, remove the lower inner bolt, and assuming you have already undone the swaybar link, shock and balljoint, the arm should now swing down. Slide back of the radius rod and remove lower arm.

Pull out radius rod

Use a suitable drift, hit the k frame radius bush out(unless 2 piece in which case just pull from the front and wiggle your hands in to get the back part out).

To get the rear bush out (the one in the lower arm) mount arm some where suitable and using the ball part of a ball pein hammer, hit the sucker out.

Hope this makes sense to you.... I'm not the best person explaining stuff!
