Correct. APS do some nice kits for the XR6Ts. One of the guys on here (KTASRAPHE) has a Phase II APS kit, and it is plenty powerful enough.

Congrats on the car choice.
Dont listen to people who get up you for owning such a car at a younger age; way I see it is, if its legal, and you have saved or got loan for it, it is your decision and good on ya for it.
Sure you could put a fair wack onto a house, but if you dont do it now, you will put it to a house n be paying that off driving a pos for years.

XR6T new, 245kw stock, they go pretty damn good stock to be honest, my first car had enough power for me to have fun in/get into trouble at only 157kw.
Id say go for stock for couple of months then make a smart decision of weather its safe to turn up the heat..
If so, in your case id say go edit with tune, thats as much as you can safely do without throwing out your warranty which you would have payed sh!tloads for new out the window.

Goodluck, whens it due?

I sourced out one place through a mate in perth called APC enhancements, there pretty expensive but they do a good job on there stage kits for any car, especially XR6T.
I was pricing up a exhaust system, intake and flashtune and dyno for round $4000. I'm pretty sure the guys from "BPT" come in to do the tuning for it as well. They do financing as well but whether you want to be paying off your car plus your mods is another thing. just look them up on the net
