Hi guys,
The 'TL' Series AU steering wheel mounted shift buttons and associated interface with the 4-speed auto transmission ... How does it all work? Is it through the engine ECU? or a separate transmission ECU? Cheers

through the ecu
i have the wiring diag of what is needed and tried to get it to work on my au without success i think i soldered the wrong wires

your au is an AU1 too so its possible the ecu is different...

Hmmm ...... Interesting ..... SO would I be right in saying any 4-speed transmission from EB on' could handle these inputs ASUMING that is was the correct EEC-V ECU ? ..... and this sounds like a V8 AU II on' ECU Right?
