Ok not many users on this forum read many jap car mags, But in the latest edition of HPI (high peformance imports) there is an interesting article on a 240sx (looks identical to a 180sx) that has been converted to electric only. DC only as well.
It runs 25 (yes) exide orbital spiral wound batteries (strictly a 2 seater) powering 2 Cafe electric "zilla" Z2k which is the mother of dc motors. What does this equate to? try 13.364 @ 99.6 mph. Yes its fast. Check it out at www.jouleinjected.com and be amazed.

not really as they seem to have 1 skyline, supra, s2000, a drift story and an old schooler with a new motor.
Zoom aint too bad as they are having a few different cars but still same s**t different bucket.

There's a guy who used to come in to work and buy a battery reguarly. anyways he came again one day when i wasn't there, and this time drove his car, turned out to be a Corolla that he had converted to full electric.
