ok, like how dumb can a guy be

I have pulled all the guts out of my dash today, and hit all bits that touch each other with a bit of lube to stop the squeaks. Realised that while its all out, i may as well change a blown globe in the cluster. Got the cluster out, pulled a couple of bulbs out and found two or three different types of globe holders. There is a white one, which the globe pulled out ok, and a blue one, which i cant get the globe out (have broken one). Anyway, went to supercheap but they were closed, im a few globes down now and have to put it together for the DIY paint day tomorrow.

Are the blue type globe holders seperate from the bulb or when replacing these do i replace the whole thing? Cheers

Blue holders are one piece. You can get Narva Clear from Auto One or Repco.

ahhhh makes sense thanks. Is there any wattage difference between the one piece and the others? I might replace them all in one hit
