hey,
for a while now i have been getting a creaking sound coming from the front steering.. which only happens while the brakes are applied and turning, and a little bit when u just move forward then grip the brakes. i have had the car at pedders, ABS to check the braking system (fine) and web suspention. having a lot of trouble trying to find the source.. have had the tyre rod ends replaced, the D bushes, brake fluch, new pads and calipers. has anyone had this problem and whats left on the front steering that could be making this sound? thanks |

My ed does exactly the same thing.Drives me wild.I cant find the source either.I have new suspension(pedders)and new steering rack.I think its brake related because it only happens under braking.getting new rotors pads, wheel bearings next week.I will let you know if it fixes it
