had an incident where the fuel line snapped at the fuel pump in the boot, spewing fuel out of the car onto the road. This happened very far away from home. The car was working perfectly up till that point. Got it fixed this morning but when i got it back i found later on that the car is unable to rev past 2500RPM (while the car is in gear and accelerating) and feels like it has no power. Could this be because of the repairs to the fuel line at the pump or is there some kind of damage/blockage that may be causing this??

sounds like it would be good for fuel efficiency . How much fuel line did they replace? is it all the same size? Is it kinked?

sort of the same thing happend to my dads car wouldnt rev past 2500 and would lag in power heaps, what happend was there was soo much dirt stuck in the air filter and box that it restricted large amounts power. might not be the case in you car but id give it a check any way
