Just performing a route service on my little work bus and i notcied that while the engine was warm, not hot or cold (been sitting for 1 1/2 hours since last driven) that the coolent inside the radiator was right up until the brim, so much so that when taking the cap off a little bit spilt out but wasn't hot.
is this normal? i assume it is becuase the car has never broken down in the last 4 years since i had it, just wanna be 100% car is a 4 banger not an I6 cheers

Normal yes. When hot coolant will expand, hence the hot and cold levels on your falcon header tank.
Even when just warm, most cars that run a full system will expel a little when the cap is removed.
