You could, but I'd replace it.
Those bolts are easy to replace when they break (ive fixed about 3 of them)

More than likely will cause uneven wear cos of the way the cam bolts down.

Cam doesn't bolt down.. it just sits there!
The tension of the lifters hold it down to the head, the caps dont even touch the cam. This is why you can use your own valve gear/caps on reco heads!

Thats why it can cause uneven wear on the lobes of the cam....because the lobes may not be square to the rocker arm (and they are precision machined parts)

Take the rocker gear off, then spin the broken part of the bolt out with some needle nose pliers. Should come out pretty easy.

option1: weld something else to the bolt so you can turn it
option2: drill a hole in the middle of it and use easy outs Both are frought with danger!

use a reverse drill bit when drilling hole, if your lucky it may come loose if stuck.
