hey all

i'm a retard when it comes to car audio, but heres what i just blasted my $$$ on today:

-2 x TS-W255C 10" Pioneer subs (700W)
-1 x Orion300D 600W monoblock amp
-1 x pair TS-C1625 220w 6" Pioneer splits
-1 x DEHP675OMP 4 x 50w MP3/WMA Pioneer deck

to go with my Directed Audio 4ch 600w amp, and other pair of identical splits. *hopefully* it'll sound ok when all hooked up! :?

paid a whopping $737 for it all, have been told its worth a bit more than that! (all new!)

hmmm the 2 x TS-W255C wouldn't happen to be the silver ones with like a aluminium centre? Those things last I must say. I have 2 of the same brand...but only 255F instead of C...I love my free-air.

pretty good bargain I must say...considering I paid 388 for a monoblock alone...wasn't even Class-D

have fun putting it in

phong =P~

254C/254F and 304C/304F were grey cone, silver centre cap. Most of them died because the cones would crack randomly.

255 is black cone with carbon fibre looking dust cap, they sound reasonable too compared the the silver/grey ones :)

Where'd you find them new? They're nearly 2 years old now.

will be installing myself, with help from mates - car will be stripped out again soon, as need to re-wire speakers, install new engine, T5 (with swish new EL GT gear knob!), swaybars, carpet, etc - although at my rate, it will be many months away haha :P
