go with a crow cam man, i know it costs extra but it really does make a difference and gives your car a mint note.

Well I am happy with my JMM DEV3HL cam.

The power comes in from 3000 to 5600 and has a definite powerband from 3800 to 5300. The idle isn't bad I can get mine to idle in drive at 600rpm a bit lumpily but it very very rarely stalls and then only when half warmed up. Cold is great warm is bad and hot is OK for the idle.

I didn't go the full DEV kit and I found the bottom end 2000-3000 felt a bit flat . Maybe the JMM race series extractors fix that maybe they don't. get the cam springs and vernier ans shims all from JMM and its an easy enough job to do.

I would consider a DEV4 cam too with that you could get away with no springs which makes it easier to fit.

i spoke to jim about it thru email but he never replied on the DEV4 cam, i was wonderin whether i would get more power through a DEV4 cam on its own, or the dev3hl cam/springs and cam gear kit. Anyone know bout this? I'd like to get a fair idea on this sought of thing b4 i go spendin my money on it, first year apprentice wages arnt the best

dont know about kw but it makes 194hp at the rears, and yer mine makes power at about 3000- (sounds like 5800 or 6000, but its hard for me to say coz i havent got a rev counter). cost me 950 for the cam vernier and new springs, but thats with me being slack and getting a mechanic to put it in. it idled like s**t before the chip. was funny, at the lights i always had to put it in nuetral.
