hey guys
ive recently gotten a ea fairmont ghia, with a 3 speed auto, 2.77lsd, and 2.5" Exhaust. now everytime i plant it, she revs to 3100rpm, then kicks over to the next gear. sometimes it'll go to just before 4000rpm, but thats happened once or twice. anyone know what might be causing this? and how to remedy this!! ITS ANNOYING AS ALL HELL thanx Lynx

kicks over to the next gear? Im guessing 2nd to 3rd or 1st to 2nd.
Well check the fluid levels first. Is there a power economy switch for them. I know with mine if its in economy then it does that.

Do EAs have a kickdown cable? If so, maybe it needs adjusting?.

the 3 speed are hydraulic, so no electrics in it. and it wont kick back from 3rd to 2nd. i can stomp it, and it still wont do it.
And me and lilregy adjusted the kickdown cable the other day
