Hey all, i just got some prices on Ba XR6T piston and BF XR6T pistons. there is about a 300 dollar price difference. Just curious if anyone knows the difference?

Apparently they are said to be the same, looks like they're not... any idea of the difference?

Yeah all BF F6 and 6T motors are made by Ford using the same parts.

Good news for BF 6T owners.

Isnt it only BF2 that got the F6 rods/pistons?

AFAIK, it started with the BFs. Means FPV doesn't need to build I6 engines, they're busy enough with all the BOSSes

aftermarket forged will be better and more than likely cheaper

675 for the ba and 995 for the bf for 6 rods and pistons.

thats a pretty good price for pistons and rods! what engine are they goin in?

are you sure that price is for 6 rods and pistons and not just 1 rod and piston???

STD BA 4l rods are $56ea and are actually AUII rods
LPG BA rods are $55ea
TURBO BA rods are $361ea

lpg bas rods are actaully the strongest of the lost, im pretty sure they are the same as the f6, or the xr6t, something like that.
