Just removed the head and there is oil everywhere, the bolt 2nd from the back is snapped and so there is oil there. (1st pic) and there is also oil in the intake manifold (pic 2) , is this normal? The strange thing is, is that there is no coolant anywhere but down the side of the motor, as in I can't see it in the oil.

Yes, all the oil is normal. Just have to twist that broken bolt out and keep going.

so how do i get the bolt out?

Try some pliers first. Once there is no pressure on the bolt they are usually not hard to get out. Just grab as much as you can and spin it.

If that doesnt work, drill it and use an extractor.
