ok cars been running/ idling crap on petrol but fine on gas so bit the bullet and bought some new injectors
ive pulled the old injectors out and they are very dirty on spray nozzle end where they fit into the head should they really be that dirty? - ive had it on gas for approx 8 months and i dont run it very often on petrol whats the best way to clean carbon and crap from the head where they fit in? |

jfyi alls sweet now fitted new injectors and cleaned ports with carby cleaner |

ive pulled the old injectors out and they are very dirty on spray nozzle end where they fit into the head should they really be that dirty? - ive had it on gas for approx 8 months and i dont run it very often on petrol whats the best way to clean carbon and crap from the head where they fit in? like you said you dont run it on petrol that often so your injectors clogged up. would have been cheaper to pull em out have them cleaned off the car as opposed to getting new ones. also once they were back on the car you could have had an on car injection cleaner which basically passes solvet through the rail, injectors, onto the valves and in the combustion chamber.
