I had to go and find out what wiring the subs in parallel means. I never wired them in parallel. As can be seen in the attachment this is how I have had them wired up since day one. This way would be running it at 4 Ohms. Yes??

So according to the instuctions the amp should be able to handle this.

I am definately going to put them back in the car tomorrow, the way in the attachment as I am happy with the power that comes out this way

As long as your subs are indeed 4ohm (which we've checked) so good. The amp will 'see' a 2Ohm load, which it is capable of. As we've said you're in the right here. Stick it t Sony.
